PRESS RELEASE
PFSTECH expands its influence and enters new sectors with the integration of ZIQY.
The Spanish company takes a decisive step in diversifying its revenue and its European expansion, thereby strengthening its commitment to sustainability and responsible business models.

Madrid, February 6, 2025.
PFSTECH continues its international expansion and revenue diversification strategy with the integration of ZIQY, a French company specialized in SaaS solutions for the circular economy. This acquisition strengthens PFSTECH’s presence in the European market and expands its service portfolio, particularly in the area of rental and asset management.
PFSTECH maintains its strategic position as a leading provider of proprietary solutions for the credit lifecycle in Europe and Latin America. Operating in both financial and non-financial sectors (industry, telecoms, insurance, retail), the company collaborates with large corporations as well as SMEs.
ZIQY: A well-established platform in Europe
Based in Paris and composed of a team of 16 employees, ZIQY has deployed its technology in more than 1,800 points of sale across Europe. Among its main clients are Decathlon (operating in France, Spain, Morocco, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, and Portugal) and Norauto (present in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, and Germany), demonstrating the versatility and effectiveness of its platform.
The ZIQY solution is based on three key modules: Rental, Refurbishment, and Buyback/Resale of second-hand products, thus covering the entire product lifecycle within a circular economy approach. Its system enables companies to easily roll out their rental portal, both online and in-store, without requiring additional development.
Synergies with PFSTECH
PFSTECH will be able to complement ZIQY’s offering with its own proprietary solutions, leveraging its extensive catalog of software tools and analytical models for credit processes. This combination will optimize loan granting, debt management, and collections, providing clients with a more comprehensive and high-performance solution, thereby improving the efficiency and results of ZIQY’s services.
A strategic commitment to sustainability and growth
As explained by Agustín Rodríguez, CEO of PFSTECH, this integration is part of the strategy to broaden the SaaS offering, diversify revenue sources, and strengthen the company’s international presence:

“By strengthening our presence in Europe, we are integrating complementary solutions that support our vision of a more sustainable future. This acquisition allows us to enter a rapidly expanding segment, such as direct in-store rental and asset management, positioning us as a key player in innovative solutions for the circular economy.”

CEO of PFSTECH
For his part, David Azoulay, CEO of ZIQY, points out that this integration represents a major growth opportunity for his company:

“With PFSTECH’s support, we will be able to integrate new technologies and expand into new markets, which will enable us to enhance our solutions and enrich our clients’ offerings.”

CEO of ZIQY
Next steps for the integration
Initially, ZIQY will continue to operate independently while gradually integrating finance, communication, and other internal processes. While the initial commercial strategy remains focused on France, PFSTECH will explore opportunities to introduce ZIQY’s solutions in Spain and other key markets.
Growth and future outlook
In 2024, PFSTECH achieved a turnover of 45 million euros, representing a 50% growth. This success is largely due to the integration of four key companies in the Americas and Europe (Buro365, AIS, Innova, and EMC Software Jurídico), which have been essential to its expansion.
With the integration of ZIQY, PFSTECH is officially entering the circular economy sector, opening up new opportunities for growth. By 2025, the company aims to achieve a turnover of 65 million euros and an EBITDA of 20 million euros, with growth driven by 60% organic expansion and 40% acquisitions.
