The process is fully digital: the repairer registers via a form, uploads their documents (insurance, certifications, diplomas). Our system automatically verifies document validity and activates the account once all criteria are met.
How are repairer payments calculated?
Via Stripe Connect Split Payments: the customer pays, the system automatically distributes amounts between the repairer (service), the brand (margin) and the platform (commission). Zero manual intervention, payments within 24-48h.
How do I evaluate a repairer's performance?
AI analyzes in real-time: repair success rate, processing times, customer satisfaction and SLA compliance. A dynamic score identifies the best workshops and assigns them more cases.
Can I suspend or exclude a repairer from the network?
Yes. Four statuses are available: pending (awaiting validation), verified (documents validated), active (operational) and suspended (temporarily or permanently). You keep total control over your network.
